The major reason of success of these open source content management is the ease of building website, cheap operational cost and easy availability of resources to build and manage website. Even today there are count less number of websites which are still static and build using html/css and do not use content management systems. These old website are very difficult to manage. One of the most used addon in my firefox addon list was google toolbar. It was not working from last few days on my Firefox 8 and when i invistigated it came out that Google toolbar is not supportin the latest versions of firefox. When i tried to reinstall the google toolbar got this message "Google Toolbar for Firefox is only supported in Firefox 2.0 through 4.0.*.

From Monday 14th November 2011 Hathway Internet Service Provider, Pune, India has started new security feature in which all the subscribers has to enter Login ID and Password for accessing the Internet. I personally find it annoying as I am using internet 24X7 and have Wi Fi setup at my home. Some of the problem I have faced from last 2 days are below, I hope its of use for any one using Hathway ISP

404 page is the one of the most neglected page on any website. Many time webmaster even dont know what is the 404 page will look like or they assume that 404 page will never show up, which is not true. Many times some old articles are deleted, some times in case of static html website html files gets deleted accidentely. Some times visitors input wrong url. There are count less reasons for 404 page to pop up.

I used to think if a person is not career oriented, then he is wrong and they are not going in right direction.

But this is not true. Its time to define what is more important

1. Career or
2. Life

If we are spending our whole life is making our career, whats the use?

If some one is not career oriented but leaving his life as he want, what is wrong?
There is nothing wrong not beeing career oriented.

For some people leaving life 100% matters and they do not worry about money, career, or any other materialistic things.
So its nothings wrong if you are not career oriented.
Listen to your heart not to some one who is not able to understand your life's philosophy.

Some times i think i am too career oriented which is not good at all :)
