Blog on Health Topic Type 2 Diabetes is life style oriented diabetes. Bad life style, no exercise , unhealthy eating habits, working late night, too much of stress are few very strong reasons to develop type 2 diabetes.

Health - Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes is life style oriented diabetes. Some times it is also called non-insulin-dependent diabetes .Type 2 diabetes is a chronic (lifelong) disease.

Many people even do not realize that they are suffering from type 2 diabetes in there early young age. As the symptoms are not much visible as the body is young and can withstand high sugar levels. 

You will only realize this when you do blood test. In my case I got the bad news that I have type 2 diabetes when I went thought the health screening for insurance policy. I was surprised when they said that my sugar level is above 400. 

Initially I did not realized the seriousness of having type 2 diabetes, but in 2 to 3 months after reading several books and comments from different relatives, I realized that its complete disaster when you are diagnosis as Diabetic.

You are not normal any more. You have to change your eating habits. You cannot eat sweets, you have to eat limited food. You have to eat what the dietitian tell you to eat. You are not free any more. 

Causes Type 2 Diabetes

Bad life style, overweight, obesity, lack of physical activity, too much stress, working late hours, bad eating habits, insufficient sleep.

Type 2 Diabetes happens when one of the following occurs:

1. When the pancreas produces very little insulin.
2. When the body does not respond appropriately to insulin, a condition called "insulin resistance."

What not to do:
Healthy leaving, exercise, good sleep, good food and no stress.
